Battery 30ah

Guys, I have a question
I bought an electronic battery charger to charge the 30ah battery as shown in the picture, but charging for 6 hours the battery is not hot, not bubbling.
I'm curious if there is a problem with charging On the charger, it is not shown how much charging the battery can be, but the salesman only instructed not to turn it on to level 3.

U need a V.O.M to check wheter the battery is being charged corectly. The voltage should be increasing slowly to 13,8V and the amperage should be aprox 3A til the charge completed.
