Technical Director
General description of the job: Experienced, highly organized and independent manager capable of heading the technical department of a fast-growing telecom greenfield company.
Primary Objective: Effective in managing the technical staff and addressing the core technical issues
Major Responsibilities:
- Directing the technical department's activities from the start (setting up the telecom infrastructure, selecting equipment, and creating IT department)
- Developing medium- and long-term strategic and operational plan
- Preparing the annual budget for the technical activities of the company
- Ensuring that the budget is accurate, timely and effectively communicated to the CEO
- Deeply understanding the local telecom market
Years of experience: 4 years in marketing/managerial or at least supervisory position
Minimum education level: Bachelor with major in technical field or extensive work experience in related field
Sex: either
Age: no range
Nationality: Vietnamese
Net Salary range: US$1,500 up
Fluency in both spoken and written English and advanced user of desktop applications
Essential Skills: organizational and strategic planning skills
