Job description: Be responsible for installation, maintenance and repairing machines at customer sites. Provide onsite and online/telephone technical support and services to customers. Be responsible for setting up new machines, conduct pre-installation inspection, commissioning and training at customer premises Provide technical training to customers when required. Assist to complete necessary technical documents when needed: technology procedures, guidelines Be proactive in self-learning to update with technologies and new equipment Participate in training courses in and out of Vietnam organized by VPrint or manufacturers. Implement other tasks assigned by management Benefits: Minimum 13th month salary and extra depended on the performance and company profit. Social & health insurance and other allowances as labor law. Dynamic and creative working environment Work in HCM city Qualifications: Degree, Diploma or Technical Certificate in Printing, Electrical, Electronics, Electro-mechanical or IT hardware engineering At least 1 year experience, priority is given to candidates who used to be field technical services in various customer locations. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Able to work independently with minimum supervision. Able to travel frequently. Good communication skills and a team player. Good English user. Ability to respond emergency customer requests. Be organized, accurate, reliable. Be interested in taking care & strengthening customer relationship.
