Oh Man. My idea is so clear. Reading english books, writing english reports, or speaking english with colleagues is so so simple. It is nothing for many people. Although my english is so bad, I don't have any obstacles to communicate in english and that is enough for me (I almost never read any technical books or papers in Vietnamese). So far I don't see any concrete reasons to improve my english. I may change my mind if I start up my own business and need to convince my potential customers. That why I say english is nothing for technicians.

U r new member but I see u have 8 posts w/o any helpful ideas but spam only. (Cậu là thành viên mới mà tôi thấy cậu pốt bài 8 lần vô ích chỉ để chém gió).
I know u don't like Eng b'coz ur native lang (Vnese) is still very bad, and you don't know how to write Vietnamese correctly. (Tôi biết cậu ko thích TA vì tiếng Việt bản địa của cậu còn quá kém và cậu cũng ko biết viết TV cho đúng)

Your english learning method is so called "Bồi" in Vietnamese. You all have to learn english academically. When I first went abroad, people did not understand what I talked. After one month, it changed.

, i'm not answering these, just to correct ur English:
- could u share with us where the problem was (as it was in the past). Preposition is very important, so the more you use, the more u learn and remember.
- The throat/tongue, I guess you mean "accent" ... For example: Saigon accent, Hue Accent or Hanoi accent. We, vietnamese, speak English with Vietnamese accent.
